ReSource Pro is seeking an IT Support Supervisor to lead desktop, infrastructure, and US applications (e.g. Sharepoint, Salesforce) support for ReSource Pro US offices and remote employees. This role will supervise a team of IT support professionals and support senior Technology leadership on a variety of projects.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the central or eastern United States (CST or EST time zones). Occasional onsite travel to a ReSource Pro office will be required.
After 3 months you will...
- Assist with the management of the stable operation of the corporate technology environment and infrastructure.
- Provide support for the onsite and remote end users for all aspects of the computing environment, including troubleshooting, desktop maintenance, and new employee setup and hardware procurement. Manage US Helpdesk ticketing and serves as the tertiary escalation point for the Help Desk staff and US staff as needed.
- Support Offshore technology team in communicating and troubleshooting with ReSource Pro clients during the standard daytime. Manages US assets and hardware. Aid senior management in ensuring proper receipt and payment of IT equipment through strong inventory controls.
- Leads and coordinates the activities of the support team who performs maintenance, installation, support and enhancement of US applications (i.e., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Leads US Technology initiatives and supports global Technology projects aimed to improve employee efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates with off-shore Technology Operations team to maintain and enhance US based Technology Infrastructure including servers, network, and collocated data centers.
What you need to be successful...
- 7+ years in a highly versitile IT support position (supporting US and global infrastructures preferred)
- 3+ years' experience leading and coaching a team
- Experience with Sharepoint and Salesforce required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows 2012+ Server, Hyperv-V, Active Directory, DHCP and IIS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position. The salary range for most locations for this role is $52,010 - $98,456. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
