*Description:*The IT Service Desk Analyst I – Is a full-time in office role working on the Service DeskTeam. This role will provide on-site and remote support for employees, including maintenance,installation, troubleshooting of computers and peripherals, training on company supported applications,and shipment of assets.This role is also responsible for coordination of incidents that require escalation to other teams withinthe company, third parties, and seeing these incidents through to completion. Provide first contact support of incoming requests to the Service Desk via CloudContact Center, in person, or via ITSM Platform to ensure courteous, timely, andeffective resolution of end-user issues.. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are notappropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes asrequired.. Provide guidance and training on the use of company applications..

Contribute to technician and user knowledgebase and training as needed.. Adjust ticket and phone queue availability based on current workload and/orprojects.Documentation. Record, track, and document all incidents and resolutions in the ITSM Platform..

Document processes and procedures for non-incidents such as shipping ofequipment.Communication & Planning. Alert management to emerging trends in incidents.. Deploy pre-packaged software using distribution tools and processes as requestedby end users..
