Job overview

LodgeWorks is seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to join our growing team! Our company operates 17 properties across the U.S. and is looking for a tech-savvy technician to assist with IT support and projects.

As an IT Support Desk Technician your primary duty will be handling IT support tickets for both hotel and corporate staff via email, phone, and in-person. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively across all our properties. 


Your day-to day

  • Managing incoming IT tickets and requests through our ticketing system
  • Providing tier 1 technical support to hotel staff on software, hardware, network issues 
  • Troubleshooting common problems like password resets, application errors, connectivity issues
  • Identifying trends and recurring issues to recommend larger IT improvements
  • Escalating complex tickets to senior IT team members as needed
  • Maintaining organized documentation of issues, resolutions, and equipment inventory
  • Assisting with IT projects and new technology deployments as needed


This role provides hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing real-world IT problems in the hospitality environment. You will gain exposure to hotel property management systems, point-of-sale software, guest facing technology, networks and more.

  • An expert in prioritizing tasks with the ability to use time wisely.

  • Willing to work additional hours, if needed.
