We are looking for an IT professional to assist in computer operations, computer repair, wire and cable installation, and user and desktop support. Monitors, operates, coordinates, assists, and trains others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Utilizes computer equipment, software, and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of user assistance, equipment maintenance, and equipment repair.
- Provide technical support in the use of workstation hardware and software
- Setup and configure desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts
- Serve as a technical resource supporting Windows and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Install software and install and repair hardware and peripherals
- Perform hardware and software upgrades to increase performance level
- Develop and test user documentation
- Install, repair, and remove wire and cable lines
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations
- Assist with complex technical projects
- Create and modify software leveraging web-based technologies, and .NET, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#
- Create and troubleshoot moderately complex SQL reports
- 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
- Background in SQL database and Windows based servers
- Knowledgeable on programming best practices

Pay: $50,493.00 - $58,669.00 per year
