- Should have 3+ Years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Required Skills: Tier 1 Helpdesk Support, Password Resets, MFA, Basic Windows
- Provide comprehensive technical support for various technologies used within CLIENT’s Information Technology Services.
- Stay updated on current computer technology trends to inform policy development and improvements within the college's IT framework.
- Collaborate with college staff, Helpdesk Manager, and Chief Information Officer to develop and implement IT plans and initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of desktop and laptop computers.
- Assist students and faculty in labs, providing guidance on equipment usage and software functionalities.
- Develop and maintain desktop documentation to ensure comprehensive records of lab configurations.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute to the development of IT strategies and plans for educational environments.
