Responsibilities:
- A collaboration room, also known as a collaboration space or a collaborative workspace, is a designated physical or virtual space where individuals or teams come together to collaborate, brainstorm, and work on projects collectively.
- Creating an effective collaboration room requires careful planning and consideration of various factors to ensure that it fosters creativity, productivity, and effective teamwork.
- This position (Being part of IT / AV Engineer) will be responsible to work closely with GWS (Global workplace services) teams initiatives and global projects.
- Define the Purpose and Objectives:
- Clearly define the purpose and objectives of the collaboration room.
- What specific activities or tasks will take place in the room?
- Who will use the room, and for what purpose?
- Understanding the intended use of the collaboration room will help you determine its design, layout, and technology requirements.
- Choose the Right Location:
- The location of the collaboration room is crucial.
- Consider factors such as accessibility, proximity to team members or departments, and availability of necessary amenities like power outlets and internet connectivity.
- Choose a location that is conducive to collaboration, with adequate lighting, ventilation, and comfortable seating.
- Design the Space for Collaboration:
- The physical design of the collaboration room should promote collaboration and creativity.
- Consider an open layout with flexible furniture arrangements that encourage interaction and discussion.
- Provide ample space for writing, brainstorming, and displaying ideas, such as whiteboards or digital displays.
- Consider the acoustics of the room to minimize distractions and ensure privacy for discussions.
- Enable Technology for Collaboration:
- Equip the collaboration room with the right technology tools that facilitate collaboration.
- This may include video conferencing systems, audio equipment, interactive displays, and collaboration software.
- Ensure that the technology is user-friendly, reliable, and compatible with the needs of your team.
- Foster Collaboration Culture:
- Building a collaborative culture is essential for the success of a collaboration room.

Requirements:
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Pay rate range: $68.24 - $71.44 hourly
