In North America, there are approximately 1100 employees and six manufacturing locations. To keep up with the rapid growth, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician to strengthen our team. We are looking for someone interested in working in an international environment, rolling out new technology and a team player who can work autonomously. 


  • 1st and 2nd level support requests through ITSM platform 
  • PC deployment, handout, and stock management 
  • Troubleshoot system, network and hardware/software problems implementing a systematic approach to the resolution. 
  • Handheld scanner deployment, handout, and stock management 
  • Smartphone deployment, handout, and stock management 
  • User creation, administration, deactivation 
  • Email administration 
  • Office365 administration 
  • Create and update documentation. 
  • Fulfill deployment phase of IT projects. 
  • Adhere to the company’s hygiene, Environment, Health and Safety policies, systems, and safe working practices. 
  • Maintain and promote a clean and tidy working environment and undertake housekeeping duties. 
  • Carry out any reasonable request as requested by any member of management within the reasonable scope of the role and look to develop cost saving initiatives where possible. 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years-experience preferred 
  • User/mail administration 
  • Windows PC and server administration 
  • Basic network administration 
  • Android/iOS knowledge 
  • Office365 administration 
  • Working autonomously 
  • Working in an international environment 
  • Travel 20% to other facilities 

USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
