Job Description
Perform IT Service Management Process Support and IT Service Management Communications Support with an emphasis on automation. Work with customer base to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet end-user requirements Assist in maintaining multiple SharePoint portals. Provide subject matter expertise to analyze existing processes to identify and prioritize areas to implement automation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining client’s SharePoint Portals.
- Develop and maintain reports and trending to provide information on automation processes to benefit business units, management, and customers.
- Establish and maintain the Automation Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track automation capabilities, identify redundancy, waste, and build efficiencies within programs and operations.
- Accountable for attending and provide detailed action items and meeting minutes from the following (as needed): Engineering panels, working groups and leadership meetings.
Provide knowledge and expertise in the following areas.
- SharePoint Online
- Automation tools such as UiPath
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- PowerBi
- Microsoft Project Online
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4
- Exel
Experience/Years of Relevant Experience:
- SharePoint Online administration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Automation

Experience/Years of Relevant Experience:
Required Experience: 10+ years.
Education/Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree (If candidate does not have Bachelor’s, total IT experience from 14-16 years)
- No minimum certificates
Clearance:
- Security Clearance: Secret.
Location:
- Fort Meade, MD (telework (in DMV only) 3 days on site per two weeks’ pay period.
