IT Service Desk Specialist
S2Technologies, LLC is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will handle all incidents and service requests (Tier 1-3).
Responsibilities:
- Helps technicians resolve AF customer incidents and requests on a first-call basis as applicable.
- Develops, maintains, and updates the Service Desk SOPs.
- Maintains all Service Desk-related documents and templates in the Government-approved location.
- Coordinates, administers, and reports to the Government all Service Desk customer survey responses.
- Manage users' account accesses following CDC procedures and best practices, including passwords and account verification, creation, deletion, and archiving.
- Develops, maintains, and updates the Service Desk SOPs. Maintains all Service Desk-related documents and templates in the Government-approved location.
- Coordinates, administers, and reports to the Government all Service Desk customer survey responses.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or master's degree with an equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of proven work experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist specifically in the DoD Environment
Security Requirements
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance at the time of hire.
- DoD 8570.01m Certification required (IAT-1) Security+
