Job Responsibilities:
Candidates will provide Level 2 support to the client.
They should be able to identify issues and escalate issues when necessary, resolve end-user incidents and process requests upon first contact via Phone, Email and Chat, escalate user issues to appropriate resources when necessary.
Additionally they would be performing software, hardware and basic network troubleshooting, document user issues and troubleshooting steps and maintain technical documentation.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
