Project Manager - Corporate mobile phone recording

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be in charge of the Corporate Mobile Phone Recording project . The project aims to ensure that "regulated" employees in AMER benefit from a corporate mobile phone duly configured, according with defined guidelines/requirements. The objective is to respond to regulatory constraints related to record keeping activities. The role requires close partnership with different teams among the organization worldwide. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform a study of the "as-is" situation and contribute to the definition of remediation plans
- Contribute to the definition of the governance framework regarding Corporate Mobile Phone Recording activities (processes, roles & responsibilities, monitoring framework...)
- Ensures that needs are properly defined and approved
- Ensure the solutions are approved by all stakeholders and meets all requirements
- Acts as main contact for project stakeholders and EMEA
- Achieve the project objectives within the budget, meet deadlines with the expected quality of the deliverables
- Ensure project objectives are communicated to relevant stakeholders, committed, managed and met
- Coordinate stakeholders across organization and locations
- Manage the project budget
- Set up a local project governance and contribute to EMEA governance
- Report progress and escalate issues, following relevant PMO processes
She/he should have analytical capabilities to improve her/his technical skills/comprehension of existing mobile phone recording solutions.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in project management
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to develop and deliver informative progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Leadership skills - ability to build strong working relationships to execute and successfully complete the programs and projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - i.e. the ability to anticipate problems and solve them quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to understand and translate technologies
- Ability to create, foster and maintain relationships with end users, technical teams and Senior Management
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiative, impact and influence
