The Project Manager will need to have proven experience leveraging the Agile/Scrum methodology to ensure the project delivery, consistent with program priorities, agreed upon scope, timeframe, and budget.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan delivery of projects in close collaboration with clients, and with IS&T staff (Architects, Developers, Engineers, System Administrators, and Service Operations).
- Manage project teams and delivery of projects including requirements gathering, solution approach, design, resourcing, project plan, execution, transition to service operations, and project closure.
- Proactively manage issues and risks, as well as project resources, budget and schedule.
- Communicate status of projects and future project plans to stakeholders including faculty, project sponsors, IS&T management, and IS&T governance committees.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be excited to join an energetic team focused on delivering high quality projects in partnership with our clients. Specific requirements are:
- Has a proven track record of delivering complex, strategically important projects using the Agile/Scrum project methodology.
- Can demonstrate their experience of successfully deploying Salesforce CRM projects based on a deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite.
- Has worked successfully in a client oriented team environment.
- Has experience in process re-engineering, requirements elicitation, and creating and maintaining related project documentation
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Able to collaborate with clients and provide out-of-the-box solutions.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- B.A./B.S. Required, Master degree and additional project management certifications are perferred.
- At least 3+ years of related experience required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
