It Project Management Internship

As an IT Project Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the Project Management process by assisting in managing various projects and internal operational efficiency.

The IT Project Management Intern will join our Project Management Office and report directly to the Program Manager.

This is a paid internship with an hourly pay-rate of $20.00 per hour. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates project tasks with designated Project Manager.
• Organize, track, and maintain project documentation and support project reporting with direction by Project Manager.
• Ensure completion of deliverables.
• Adhere to timelines.

Qualifications:

• Working towards a BA or BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Understanding of basic Project Management process.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and finish projects and tasks within deadlines.
• Self-Directed: Must be able to complete projects with limited supervision. The ability to take ownership and ask for help when needed.

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesday's and Wednesday's.
