Responsibilities:
The Problem Coordinator Senioris responsible for coordinating activities of a virtual support team, management, and engineering professionals focused on mobilizing, and restoring IT environment issues as quickly as possible. This position leads and facilitates meetings with peers, subordinates, and management to determine root cause. In addition, responsibilities include providing timely and accurate notifications, status updates, system availability, and closure reports. The Problem Coordinator provides instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks. The Problem Coordinator may provide direction and manage team in supervisor's absence and participates in providing performance feedback to team members.

Required:

- 3+ years of related experience
- Must have the ability to provide escalation assistance; resolve complex issues; recommend potential solutions to issues; follow established escalation procedures
- Experience upholding the standards, processes, and procedures
- Define, develop, communicate, and implement standards, processes, and procedures for the department.
- Establish key performance metrics and monitor to ensure compliance of established standards, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate and partner with subordinates and / or functional peer groups. Collaboration may involve presentation and exchange of information.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Ability to use broad expertise, knowledge, and skills to resolve a wide range of complex issues; contribute to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Assist with project planning; coordinate and direct project activities within project plan.
- Comfort working on large, complex assignments.
- Ability to prepare and deliver informal and formal presentations to own team, department, other IT teams, and business partners.
- Establish, foster, and maintain relationships within the department and outside own area of expertise.
- Routinely partner with other IT teams, business teams, and vendors.
