Delaware North is hiring an IT Manager to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining all technology-related hardware and software, including network, desktop, printers, point of sale, digital menu boards, and surveillance cameras. This includes responsibilities for ensuring compliance with the corporate IT team, goals, and initiatives, as well as being a representative for your location’s IT team.
This position will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT Operations at the following locations:
Tenaya, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park, and Kalaloch in Washington state.

Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. Delaware North owns and operates the AAA Four Diamond-rated Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite dating back to 2002. Tenaya is an all-season resort featuring lodge rooms and cottage rooms, 50 Explorer Cabins, a rich range of recreational activities, a luxury spa, ample meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, and five dining venues located on the property. It's located just two miles from Yosemite National Park.
- Operate as the administrator of all point of sale systems, their functions, and any ancillary systems, including training, reporting, documentation, and user access
- Oversee implementation of technology solutions for the operation, ensuring consistency with overall IT strategy and operational requirements of Delaware North
- Manage vendors in the implementation and support of applications
- Back-up data and the safeguard IT related systems and equipment, developing plans, procedures, and documentation for required systems
- Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property and assist training current and new team members on procedures and regulations
- Must drive a company vehical between the 4 supported locations
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work and management experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Working knowledge of major systems as follows: point of sale, Outlook, networking infrastructure, SQL, Windows, Cloud technology, and PC Maintenance experience
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
- Valid drivers license required.
