Isoclima Specialty Glass is a top-tier manufacturing company that offers high-performance glass and transparent solutions for security and specialized applications. With manufacturing plants located in Pennsylvania and Alabama, we are committed to expanding our operations across North America. As part of this journey, we seek an experienced Manager to assist our Italian corporate team in the implementation of a modern information system and infrastructure. Our current systems are outsourced, and we aim to bring control and evolve our newly deployed ERP system in-house.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of our company, ensuring that all technology systems are functioning optimally and efficiently. This is a key role that requires strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• ·Drive the design and implementation of the new ERP system.
• Manage external IT suppliers and coordinate their activity
• Train employees to use software and hardware
• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives
• Ensure the security of all technology systems, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and effectively
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints
• Ensure that all technology systems are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that technology systems support their business needs
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations to senior management on how to leverage these technologies to improve business performance

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred

· 5+Proven experience in managing IT systems and external suppliers

· Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking systems

· Experience with cloud-based technology systems and virtualization

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

· Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of IT professionals

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to IT systems and data security
