Delaware North is hiring an IT Intern to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York to support our parks business unit. Responsibilities
Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property, configuring installing, maintaining and training concessions point of sale systems, as well as troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS and Windows OS issues, and other related issues
Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users, as well as terminating and running low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6)
Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and tear down of laptops and projectors
Provide application support for point of sale systems and Global Payments
Maintain digital signage throughout the property
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, CIS
Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems
Capable of identifying problems and research solutions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
