IT Iinfrastructure Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

•Administer, maintain, and provide technical support for all network servers, switches, routers, and other equipment to achieve optimal networking performance

•Manage the design, installation, and support of all network, server, and storage infrastructure

•Review maintenance needs, scheduling of upgrades and downtime, and overall daily performance with department management on a regular basis

•With minimal leadership and tactical supervision, the incumbent will collaborate with clients, staff, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options to meet the security needs of Sav-Rx

•Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, infrastructure and endpoint security strategies and solutions

•Oversee the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions and enhancements of existing solutions in accordance with security policies and procedures

•Provide support on Help Desk issues to resolve hardware and software issues for team members in all departments and at all levels of the organization

•Adhere to appropriate departmental documentation standards (writing and updating)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•College degree in Computer Science, Business, Health Care or other technology/security discipline

•4 years of related experience building out Networks (routers, switches, servers) - design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting. Strong experience with layer-2 protocols and layer-3 Protocols (OSPF, BGP), route distribution, router filtering

•Any networking or certifications (CCNA or CCNP) VOIP or wireless, VMWare, or O365 Experience Messaging / Core Directory Services / Azure certifications

•2 years of information security experience in designing, deploying, managing, monitoring, and evaluating advanced cybersecurity - preferred

•Candidates with certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, etc.) or comparable work experience required

•Linux and Windows servers: KVM / TrueNas, IIS, Apache, Bind

•Minimal travel based on company needs (<5%)
