- Assisting Client users with navigational assistance, password resets, and questions about the Client website and applications.
- Standard computer programs used in the department: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office Products, Webex, Cisco Finesse and Service now ticketing for all calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Min 1year recent help desk experience.
