Pay: $18-19per hour  /  Direct hire  /  Immediate benefits

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Support to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for our staff
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track issues and resolutions

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
