Provide technical support to Oak Harbor end-users on PC related troubleshooting. Support employees in interfacing with network, phone system and exchange servers. Provide a high level of service to team to ensure that each employee has tools to operate at maximum efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to and resolves daily technical problems in a professional and timely manner.
- Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely and effective solution. These problems involve PC's, printers, E-mail, voicemail, modems, desktop applications, and software applications.
- Install, configure and support PCs for Oak Harbor users with Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, Internet Explorer, anti-virus, and other needed enterprise applications
- Performs backup procedure for the network and recovers mission critical corporate data when necessary.
- Support remote Oak Harbor users and users in field offices by ensuring consistent level of end user support across the organization.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical area or related experience
- 1+ years of experience in Help Desk role supporting MS products and telephone systems.
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting experience for user interface. Basic working knowledge of Help Desk concepts, practices and procedures.
- Experience working with MS platform products, networking and mail administration systems
