Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (List in order of importance or percentage of time spent on the particular responsibility. High to Low)
- Provide and troubleshoots problems for critical applications and systems with and understanding of Windows 7 Pro based systems, printers, and other peripherals. (30%)
- Ability to learn and understand a broad spectrum of business-critical user applications used as the backbone of the Revenue Cycle at Shared Services Center and the hospitals we support. (30%)
- Able to communicate with corporate I.T. in a manner that will move our Infrastructure Team forward in problem and incident resolution. (15%)
- Provide functional documentation of system issues. (15%)
- Display strong organizational skills in order to track and follow up on many support tickets on a local and corporate level. (10%)
Qualifications:
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education: Associates of Science in Information Technology or Equivalent
Required Experience: 0-1 years of supporting an enterprise workstation environment
Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of supporting an enterprise workstation environment
Required License/Registration/Certification: None
Preferred License/Registration/Certification: Microsoft MTA, Microsoft MCSA or CompTIA A+
Computer Skills Required: Typing proficiency, basic understanding of networking (client/server/cabling, etc.), MS Office Suite of applications
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 20-25lbs throughout the day.
