Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to design, develop, and administer complex databases using tools such as SQL (Structured Query Language) constitutes database management skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Develop and implement pipelines to deploying infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Work with our development teams to create full software deployment pipelines
- Create complex automation scripts tasks using Python (preferred), Powershell, Bash.
- Create Infrastructure as Code scripts using Terraform
- Support versioning of code using Git
- Create repeatable configurations using Ansible
- Use expertise migrating On-Premise workloads to Public Cloud environments in a secure and highly available method.
- Implement Enterprise Monitoring, Sys-logging, or other alerting systems on all required sys-tem components.
- Coordinate with the Security Team to manage cloud security policies.
- Assist in leading the troubleshooting of complex systems and technical issues and assist in developing solutions.
- Document system designs and diagnostic processes
- Providing rotational on-call support
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to high-er-level staff.
- Perform miscellaneous duties, working on project teams, and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of other database platforms such as Oracle, Mongo Atlas, PostgreSQL. Snowflake & MySQL.

Travel Requirements: Less than 25%
Education
Minimum of a 4 Year / bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field required, or, equivalent work experience.
Preferred: Certification in Cloud certification with Azure or AWS preferred
Experience
5 years’ experience minimum with DevOps role or similar technical field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with Linux or Windows servers
- Expertise using configuration management tools such as Ansible (preferred) or Salt.
- Expert knowledge building Continuous Integration and Deployment tools such as Git, Azure Pipelines or Jenkins
- Expertise writing automation scripts using Python (preferred), Powershell, Bash.
- Expertise using Git in a multi-team environment
- Expert knowledge with IaC coding languages such as Terraform (preferred), Azure RM, AWS-CLI.
- Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes, administration experience a plus
- A background in automating the management of a data center environment
- Very comfortable with scope and context switching to meet business needs.
- Understanding of security fundamentals.
- Experience in regulated industry a plus.
- Experience with on-premise migrations to public cloud systems.
