About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Solution Sales Strategy & Operations team, focusing on supporting various processes within our Global Team. This position will involve collaborating closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and will also extend to supporting the Solution Specialists and Field-Sales teams on campaign tracking, KPI reporting, and project management activities.

 

What you will do:

  1. Process Support:
  • Campaign Tracking and Data Consolidation: Support the tracking of various campaigns and consolidate data for analysis.
  • District Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings with district teams for key touchpoints.
  • Customer Churn Analysis: Assist in analyzing customer churn data to identify trends and opportunities for retention.
  • Solution Go-To-Market (GTM) Efficiency Project: Assist in analyzing GTM results to derive actionable insights for improving efficiency.
  • FAQ Repository Development: Build and maintain a repository of frequently asked questions related to licensing to improve customer support efficiency.
  • Document solutions suggested to achieve objectives. Collaborate with cross functional teams to build repeatable systems and/or solutions.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and provide insight from raw data. Think Strategical to assist in building durable systems for long-term benefit.
  1. Program KPI Reporting:
  • Reporting on Key Initiatives: Help generate reports on key business initiatives for management review.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting all relevant metrics outlined for each initiative.
  1. Presenting & Reporting:
  • Assist in the weekly review of reports with internal teams to validate accuracy and outcomes.
  • Pattern recognition: call out themes, trends, and patterns found in our efforts.
  • Gather and provide cross-team feedback.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to deduce patterns and reasoning from large sets of data.
  • Familiarity of the structure and demands of an IT organization.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure requirements.
  • Preferred experience/exposure to CRM & BI tools such as Salesforce & Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk’ers across the organization.
  • Preferred in-person in Newton, Massachusetts
  • U.S. College Undergraduate

The salary range for this position is $26-$30/hour.
