Applicants with excellent consulting skills with a focus on maintaining strong relationships are encouraged to apply. This individual level contributor is primarily responsible for directly supporting manager and core team, executing tasks on a project plan, communicating with stakeholders, internal finance partners, leadership and participating on project teams.
Strong organizational skills, reporting, finance and multi-tasking skills are crucial on this team. Self-starters who can manage and track their own deliverables are likely to thrive in this role. Expertise in Office 365, and knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), SharePoint, Teams) will be key to succeed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assists with information maintenance and distribution by drafting presentations, detailed correspondence, and reports.
- Maintains workflows by assisting in the resolution of routine and non-routine requests and issues from department leads and managers on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assists with event coordination by coordinating and calendaring meetings with minimal guidance.
- Completes work assignments by following policies and procedures and leveraging data and additional resources.
- Collaborates with others to address business problems; adheres to established priorities, deadlines, and expectations while communicating progress and pertinent information; occasionally identifying and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and escalating issues or risks as appropriate.
- Pursues and fosters self-development and effective relationships with others by sharing information with coworkers and customers; listening and responding to performance feedback; acknowledging strengths and weaknesses; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of project plans under the direction of leads; completes the assigned tasks on the project plan and demonstrates understanding of project performance.
- Assists with project financials by gathering and tracking key data points.
- Assists with project activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project.
- Sets up and maintains project elements (e.g., resources and tasks) in time tracking systems.
- Supports the management and mitigation of project risks by assisting in the analysis and identification of trigger events.
- Provides ongoing support to project personnel by regularly communicating real-time updates regarding scheduling conflicts and budget disparities.
- Works closely with key stakeholders.
- Assists in requesting internal resources to support completion of project activities.
