What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the primary support role in JDE LGUS and Canada Gases, including sales order entry, cost recovery, recurring orders, sales accrual, special billing, service billing, and price escalation
• You will lead issue resolution for problems that arise within the OTC process including identification of the root cause, identify areas of opportunity based on observations logged by business/tickets, define solutions to new needs, design detailed business requirement documents, conduct analysis, and ensure delivery for the development team is conducted in a timely manner along with testing, business approval and production
• You will maintain positive internal and external relationships and provide timely and effective feedback to superiors and peers, collaborate and leverage best practices
• Support interactions with PBIS, VTS, PALS, D365 for escalation letters, purchase orders from Linde Direct, and handle delivery option changes
• Deliver JDE Enhancements & JDE Support to LGUS processes, participate in and lead the business in any system testing for the sales support processes, and support JDE internal and external audits

• You should possess a Bachelor's degree orforeign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield

• Must have 8 years of progressively responsible experience in: Applied knowledge of JDEdwards (JDE) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), process knowledge of sales, pricing, recurring orders, JDEdwards system data analysis, JDEdwards functional knowledge, and experience working with auditors on internal and external audits, plus extensive knowledge of Oracle database and SQL language
