- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute
- Minimum of 3 years of analyst work in a large IT or finance organization
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models, compliance regulations, and vendor management
- Experience in analyzing data and generating reports to drive decision-making
- Certifications in ServiceNow or SAM-related fields such as Certified Software Asset Manager is a plus
