It Asset Management Analyst

As a, IT Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of both hardware and software assets, utilizing ServiceNow to maintain accurate records, optimize software usage, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

• Utilize ServiceNow to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets 
• Identify and mitigate risks related to software compliance licensing using ServiceNow
• Develop and implement ITAM policies and procedures to streamline processes and maintain compliance 
• Generate reports and metrics to present software asset status, compliance, and cost-saving opportunities to stakeholders 
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile software licenses, identify discrepancies, and mitigate risks 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute 
• Minimum of 3 years of analyst work in a large IT or finance organization 
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models, compliance regulations, and vendor management 
• Experience in analyzing data and generating reports to drive decision-making 
• Certifications in ServiceNow or SAM-related fields such as Certified Software Asset Manager is a plus
