- Pay rate is: $63/hr on W2 and $70/hr on 1099
- Highly competitive pay

The primary responsibility and expertise will be to remediate and automate several existing software systems and numerous manual or Excel-based processes to maintain and modernize the business's collections, audit, and fraud areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop high-level and detailed technical designs and architectural diagrams that outline the structure and components of the solution. Choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for the project. Ensure that the design adheres to best practices and industry standards.
- Communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably. Address questions and concerns related to the technical aspects of the project.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Mentor and coach team members, helping them understand and implement the architectural vision.
- Design and oversee the integration of various system components, including third-party services.
- Define and implement security measures and compliance standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance. Stay updated on security threats and best practices.
- Design the data architecture including the database schemas, data models, and storage solutions. Define data access and retrieval mechanisms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural documents, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of the solution.
- Work to define deployment pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement with the development team.
