We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Director to lead our Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing and implementing IT solutions. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications NetSuite, UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), SharePoint and custom homegrown applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure application solutions meet operational needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new applications or enhancements to existing systems.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Finance ERP and/or Workforce Management Applications, preferably Oracle NetSuite and/or UKG.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for the applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of NetSuite, UKG and SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations that enhance overall system efficiency.
- Manage relationships with NetSuite and UKG vendors, as well as any third-party vendors related to applications support.
- Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and stay informed about updates and new features from all relevant vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure that all applications, including NetSuite, UKG, SharePoint and custom applications, adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT Security team to implement and enforce security measures related to applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for NetSuite, UKG, SharePoint and custom application configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of all application features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT applications teams with expertise in Finance ERP and workforce management applications preferably Oracle NetSuite and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system integration and interoperability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to application systems.
- Relevant certifications in NetSuite, UKG, and other relevant technologies are highly desirable.
- Experience managing onsite and offshore vendor resources.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
