Form of workOne of northern NJ's top home-selling teams is looking for a Summer Intern to work from our Sparta, NJ office most of the time. The final job description will be tailored to the passions and gifts of the selected candidate, but our ideal candidate will be majoring in (or have a background in) Internet Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Informational Systems, Digital Arts and Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, Social Media, and/or Project Management/Operations.
This is a PAID summer internship for an ambitious college or graduate student with the possibility for continued PT work after (remote and/or while on breaks locally).
- Demonstrated natural curiosity for all things tech, the ability to work independently, and an effective communicator.
- First-hand knowledge of Sussex County, NJ towns required.
- Able to do some light physical work and admin responsibilities
- Available to work 20 - 30 hours M - F business hours during the week plus occasional weekend hours.
- Bonus will be based on attitude, successful time management, project completion, and impact on the bottom line.

- Maintain, upgrade or create Team websites, digital and social media accounts, productivity management, and systems (including CRM and AI)
- Interface with Team leadership, other staff, and service partners as the team systems liaison and manager
- Interface and manage 3rd party vendors (Graphics, Marketing, Systems)
- Participate in the planning, promotion, and execution of Team sponsored client and community events
- Maintain team operational procedures and systems
- Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to Team marketing and promotions
- Hourly pay PLUS end-of-summer bonus based on measured success in 3 or more well-defined deliverables

- Demonstrated experience with web, social media and/or videography and/or graphics software, applications a must!
- Google Certifications preferred
- Previous community or work experience
- High School degree plus documented successful experience and prior work experience and or extensive volunteer experience of some kind; Honor's academic status or higher preferred
- Tech savvy with demonstrated experience in web hosting and development, Google Suite, YouTube, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Productivity Management systems (such as Trello)
- Past experience in residential real estate, customer service, sales, hospitality, etc., is a HUGE plus
- Out-going personality
- "Glass half full" thinker
- I'll stop at nothing" attitude
- You have an NJ Driver's License and use of a reliable vehicle
