The ISE Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for providing day to day support activities necessary for the successful execution of all merchandising reset projects within the In Store Environment organization. They will assist in creating purchase orders, and receiving goods and services against the purchase orders, preparation of financial reports and analysis, forecasting, billing. Will assist in financial close activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and serve as a liaison between the cross-functional groups within In Store Environment and other business partners. They must leverage business operations knowledge to ensure proper controls are in place to optimize process/policy improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- 15% Partner with Purchasing Operations to ensure a smooth transition in hand off price changes, vendor set-up, article creation, article rationalization
- 20% Performs research and analysis of internal and external issues related to performance metrics or process optimization
- 15% Act as liaison between internal and external work teams/business partners to achieve business goals and objectives
- 25% Creates purchase orders (PO's) and receives goods/services against the PO's
- 25% Gathers and correlates basic information using established and defined financial procedures; Conducts special financial studies as directed; Partner with Finance to provide support activities associated with month, quarter, and year end close

Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PPT)
- 3 to 4 years' experience in purchasing related activities such as PO proficiency, project management and presentation skills
- Previous experience with financial analysis/budgeting preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred
