Job Description
A Consulting Arborist will meet with clients, diagnose problems or estimate tree work care and provide a written estimate for recommendations within the Houston and surrounding areas. This role plays a crucial role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
Sell all tree care services and manage all commercial accounts
Provide sound arboricultural recommendations including assessing the condition of trees and providing recommendations/solutions for treatment, pruning or removal plan
Maintain a healthy sales funnel of commercial opportunities
Prepare and provide estimates to customers
Building and implementing new processes and systems for growth of the company
Essential Qualifications
ISA Certified Arborist Certification
Knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation and industry-approved tree care practices
Highly motivated with a high degree of discipline, initiative and ownership
At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
Proficient with Google Workforce/Suite
Tech-savvy and proven success using and learning CRM systems and other software applications
In-depth knowledge of South Texas region plant and horticulture
Familiar with ASNI standards for tree care operations and ISA Best Management Practices
