ISA Certified Consulting Arborist & Business Development Associate

A Consulting Arborist will meet with clients, diagnose problems or estimate tree work care and provide a written estimate for recommendations within the Houston and surrounding areas. This role plays a crucial role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

• Sell all tree care services and manage all commercial accounts

• Provide sound arboricultural recommendations including assessing the condition of trees and providing recommendations/solutions for treatment, pruning or removal plan

• Maintain a healthy sales funnel of commercial opportunities

• Prepare and provide estimates to customers

• Building and implementing new processes and systems for growth of the company

Essential Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist Certification

• Knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation and industry-approved tree care practices

• Highly motivated with a high degree of discipline, initiative and ownership

• At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient with Google Workforce/Suite

• Tech-savvy and proven success using and learning CRM systems and other software applications

• In-depth knowledge of South Texas region plant and horticulture

• Familiar with ASNI standards for tree care operations and ISA Best Management Practices
