Ip Technology Patent Litigation Associate - Mid-Level

We are is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate. The Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group is made up of approximately 100 attorneys who advise clients along the life cycle of their most important assets—spanning patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, trade secrets, and related issues. Our Patent Litigation team combines proven trial and appellate experience, strategic approaches, and technological knowledge to enforce and defend our clients' patent rights, particularly in the life sciences and technology industries.

Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum of three years of prior work experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB and have experience litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical).

• Candidates must possess strong research, writing and analytic skills; the ability to manage and mentor more junior associates; strong management and organizational skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; as well as an ability to work successfully as part of a team. A technical life science undergraduate and/or graduate degree is preferred.

• Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
