Salary: $70,000-$90,000, DOE.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international patent filings with the USPTO and foreign law firms.
• Maintain a docket system of due dates for various patent activities.
• Prepare and file patent documents.
• Prepare and record patent assignments.
• Prepare correspondence to clients and attorneys.
• Research and compile information related to patent rights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred.
• 2+ years of patent experience working for a US law firm required.
• Knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, maintenance, and renewals.
• Strong computer skills, including preferred proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM, Innovation, PATTSY, USPTO, LexisNexis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

 
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
