Salary: $70,000-$90,000, DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international patent filings with the USPTO and foreign law firms.
- Maintain a docket system of due dates for various patent activities.
- Prepare and file patent documents.
- Prepare and record patent assignments.
- Prepare correspondence to clients and attorneys.
- Research and compile information related to patent rights.
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred.
- 2+ years of patent experience working for a US law firm required.
- Knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, maintenance, and renewals.
- Strong computer skills, including preferred proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM, Innovation, PATTSY, USPTO, LexisNexis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
