Position:IP Litigation Paralegal (Global Law Firm)

Location: Midtown, New York City (Hybrid)

Company: AM 100 Law Firm

Comp Package: Base salary up to $115K, Paid Overtime, Bonus, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc.

Responsibilities for IP Litigation Paralegal:

• Assist attorneys on matters from beginning through trial or arbitration
• Manage attorney case record including correspondence, memos, pleadings and client documents
• Monitor deadlines by maintaining and coordinating calendars
• Prepare witness files, compile/organize exhibits and arrange the technical logistics with court reporting agencies
• Responsible for assembling and organizing the exhibits and supporting documents as well as arranging for filing with the court and serving on all parties
• Research prior testimony and publications
• Oversee and execute complex case management
• Obtain information and materials from IP vendors and government agencies, such as the US Patent & Trademark Office
• Compile information necessary to respond to interrogatories and document requests
• Responsible for collecting and producing client documents

Qualifications for IP Litigation Paralegal:

• 3+ years of Litigation experience required; IP experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong proficiency with litigation support applications, i.e. Relativity, Concordance, Summation, etc.
• Prior experience with setting up war rooms and managing case activity
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, as needed
