LHH is currently partnering with a reputable full-service firm in Irvine, CA in their search for an Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist. This position will provide docketing support for the firm's domestic & foreign patent, trademark and copyright matters.
Job Duties:
Receive docket communication, review and identify data to be entered into firm's CPI docket software.
Maintain quality control of data and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
4+ years of docketing experience in all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution docket.
Familiarity with USPTO, eTEAS, TARR and SAEGIS, PAIR, TESS, TSDR, and TTAB systems.
The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year. The firm offers a competitive benefits package including health benefits, profit sharing plan/401k, paid time off and more. This position also offers hybrid-remote flexibility.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
