IP / Compliance Assistant

Adams & Martin Group has an exciting opportunity to work within Intellectual Property Law and Compliance! This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential to go permanent. It is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your schedule and availability. It is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement after an initial training period. Local candidates only.

This is an administrative role that requires great attention to detail. The IP / Compliance assistant will support an internal department under the IP and Compliance Managers, working alongside attorneys. This position is responsible for heavy data entry and email correspondence, working within two databases. Must be tech savvy. The position will work with a diverse team, including professionals from various industries, like science, law, marketing, finance and more.

Pay is commensurate with experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with a law degree who does not yet have a license or who does not want to practice in a traditional sense. Also a great opportunity for someone with a paralegal degree or high level administrative background. Strong writing and communication skills required.

Must be vaccinated for COVID and have a flu shot this season.
