SalaryArtisys Corporation is seeking an experienced iOS Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience focusing on the software-to-hardware interface. This role involves porting Android code to iOS, with a deep dive into cutting-edge iOS features, particularly in the realm of Object Capture and iPhone depth-sensing camera systems. The successful candidate will actively participate in on-site testing and optimization of iPhones, engaging hands-on in lab experiments and validations. As an integral part of our team, you will not only be responsible for coding and development but also contribute significantly to the experimental and validation processes. Location - Santa Cruz, CA
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your Android experience to understand and efficiently port code to the iOS environment.
- Engage with Object Capture and other advanced iOS features.
- Leverage your experience with iPhone depth-sensing camera systems.
- Actively participate in testing and optimization efforts on-site.
- Get hands-on in the lab, assisting with experiments and validations.
- Write and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
- Use documentation tools such as Markdown or Sphinx.
- Tailor documentation for technical audiences.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing iOS apps.
- Sufficient understanding of Android to facilitate smooth porting.
- Strong experience with Swift programming language, iOS SDK, and iOS camera framework
- Proven experience in these testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Metal, Core Image, and Vision technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, especially AWS.
- Exposure to 3D, AR/VR, and Photogrammetry.
