- Be part of Monitoring team building Monitoring capabilities
- Configuring monitoring tools for Application & infrastructure monitoring
- Play active role in bulk agent deployments with custom file creations
- Create Shell scripts for deployments and automation
- Lead and guide multiple technical teams on bulk deployments using tools like PDQ, SCCM etc.,
- Knowledge on Infrastructure automation tools like Terraform etc.,
- Be part of an active capability team to enhance the capabilities of the Observability platform
- Work on Automation and Integration initiatives that result in faster deployments and savings
- Provide Operational support for upgrades and updates
- Work with applications team in tandem to create insightful alerts and track alerts to closure
- Debug the logs and perform RCA for alerts and downtime reported
- Integrate with tools like ServiceNow for effective Incident management
- Bring ideas to prevent downtimes, work towards Proactive maintenance
- Create and update Dashboards and widgets for end user consumption
- Document and create SOPs for deployments
- Provide technical support to cross team resources and assist them in technical failures and agent deployments
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Platform Engineering
- Experience with Application, Infrastructure, and Network monitoring
- Experience implementing New Relic monitoring
- Experience with any one of these tools in terms of implementation or administration: Solarwinds, What’s App Gold, or Dynatrace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Configuration management tools like Ansible etc.
- Experience working in a client consulting environment
- Healthcare industry experience
- React JS knowledge to create custom dashboards
- Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
