The company offers alternative investment opportunities for entities and individuals that want to deploy money through Real Estate backed notes and Residential Real Estate Funds.
We are seeking an Investment Consultant for our funding department that can work with investors seeking to invest money. We help our investors earn double digit returns through the purchase of our Trust Deeds or direct investments into our Real Estate Investment Funds. Secured Investment Corp offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources and outstanding leadership to take your career to the next level. Preference for someone in the Coeur d’Alene/Spokane Valley area.

- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding the interest in investing money

Requirements: Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Sales training experience a plus
- Capital raising experience highly preferred
- A strong work ethic, high level of integrity and well-organized
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A top performer with a proactive approach, creative and opportunistic problem solver
- At least one year of selling experience in lending, real estate, finance or a related field preferred
