Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an Investment Associate to support the Private Debt team. The Private Debt team works closely with both the larger Private Markets team as well as the entire Research team at NEPC. NEPC’s Research team supports our clients by finding investment strategies and investment managers that can be added to our clients’ portfolios to fit their needs, working closely with our Consulting teams.
This position will work closely with the Private Markets team in analyzing and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of data provided by investment managers and assisting with special projects. General responsibilities include generating analytical content, coordinating correspondence to and information from investment managers, maintaining individual team databases and conducting fund benchmarking and attribution.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 0-2 years of data and systems experience and a college degree required. Candidates should have a solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Spotfire. Looking for professional attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively in a team and also handle individual project work.
This position requires a minimum of (3) three days per week in the Boston office.
