Passive Management LLC is a privately held company located on Wall Street in the heart of the world’s financial center. Since launching five years ago, we have successfully managed portfolios for individual, small business and retirement planning clients leveraging our custom tools.

About the Role:

Here is why this role is your gateway to success. As an Investment Advisor Representative with a focus on sales outreach and solicitation, you will be the driving force behind client acquisition and relationship development. You will leverage your interpersonal skills, prior sales or business development experience and financial expertise (if any) to:

· Cold Call warm, qualified, potential leads and clients. A big advantage of working with Passive Management LLC is that we provide you initially with warm leads.

· Receive ethical and client-centered sales training from the firm at no cost to you.

· Leverage our advanced technology during one-on-one appointments to optimize client engagement and streamline post-appointment follow-ups, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—building lasting relationships and driving financial success.

· Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies from phone calls to networking.

· Capitalize on your exceptional communication skills and consultative approach in our fast-paced work environment.

· Embrace challenges, adapt quickly, and thrive in an atmosphere that values innovation and collaboration.

· Have your proactive approach to client outreach set you apart as you gain deep insights into clients' financial aspirations and business goals, laying the foundation for tailored investment strategies that align perfectly with their needs and objectives.

· Learn how to conduct needs assessments to promptly understand prospects' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment time frames.

· Become an Investment Advisor Representative who offers clients a diverse range of investment solutions and educates and empowers them to make informed decisions by highlighting the benefits and differences of each option, fostering a sense of confidence and trust.

· Build and nurture strong ongoing relationships by exceeding expectations and going above and beyond in delivering personalized service that impresses clients.

· Deliver engaging presentations and answer questions with clarity and confidence.

· Convert prospects into satisfied clients by building trust and demonstrating expertise.

· Stay abreast of current market trends and investment products to ensure clients have access to the most relevant and impactful solutions.

· Contribute to the team's success by exceeding sales targets and consistently expanding your client base.

· Make a tangible difference in clients' lives by helping them make informed investment decisions that align with their best interests, using Passive Management's planning tools to craft bespoke solutions that pave the way to a brighter financial future.

Qualifications:

· Series 65 RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) or the ability to quickly acquire upon hire – the firm covers both the license training and exam costs. Once licensed, you may have a lucrative pay-out from your client base.

· While a Series 65 license and state registrations are preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to acquire them quickly upon hire. With our support and resources, you will navigate the licensing process with ease, setting yourself up for success in no time.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a non-financial services sales’ role.

· Proven record in your previous industry of exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and solicitation.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

· Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
