Inventory/Stock Clerk

Basic Function:

Responsible for organizing and maintaining stockroom inventory. Utilizing FIFO, pull parts as required on Pick List and enter all material transactions into Epicor.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare kits by manually selecting and gathering parts and materials according to the Pick List, prioritizing jobs with past-due start dates. Enters material transactions into Epicor.
• Ensure all material is accurately counted and labeled with the job number, part number and quantity
• Monitor the Shortage Shelf in the Stockroom for part shortages and move kit to PC when parts complete.
• Put away material upon receipt from receiving and/or Incoming Inspection and update system information as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Interact with Production personnel to fulfill inventory requisition requests.
• Returns defective/damaged materials to Suppliers.
• Monitors Stockroom email and replies to requests for replacement components from the Production Floor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Training:

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

Prior stockroom experience helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
