Primary Job Accountability:

• Support accounting and inventory/warehouse by providing an exceptional internal customer experience.
• Responsible for accounting responsibilities such as payables and invoicing
• Responsible for inventory responsibilities for ordering, receiving, and picking parts.

Specific tasks, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Initiate ticket conversion from quotes
• Match packing slips to A/P invoices
• Enter A/P invoices into accounting software
• Match A/P checks to invoices and file
• Residential and small business billing
• Prepare mailings of invoices and statements
• Crosstrain on other positions in accounting department and fill in during vacations and absences
• Assist with inventory physical counts
• Be available to technicians for parts needs
• Add parts to software and initiate purchase orders for parts
• Receive parts and process packing slips
