Position overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analytics Intern to join our team. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about leveraging data analytics to transform supply chain operations. This position will be an important role in a strategic project aimed at mapping and analyzing our supply chain processes to identify efficiency gains, cost-saving opportunities, and automation potentials. This project will involve developing detailed process maps, incorporating maturity ratings, and estimating opportunity cost to prioritize improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive process mapping of key supply chain operations, documenting each step for clarity and insight.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand different perspectives on the supply chain processes.
· Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization or automation.
· Develop and apply a maturity rating system to assess the current state of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
· Estimate opportunity cost and potential savings or revenue gains from proposed process improvement or automation initiatives.
· Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting actionable insights and prioritized opportunities based on quantitative analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:
