A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar field is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA. The Inventory & Operations Planning Manager is responsible for: Translating business and financial goals into inventory and service targets.
Gaining annual and quarterly alignment of the supply chain with forecasted business needs and demand. Planning inventory across the network both short and long-term to balance capacity while minimizing out of stocks and improving logistics efficiency. Analyzing inventory issues to determine root causes and present actionable solutions.
Working collaboratively with other departments. The qualified person has: A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar field is strongly preferred. 5 or more years of related work experience.
Is flexible with their work schedule as the position requires some travel and weekend availability. Advanced Excel aptitude and analytical skills with experience in inventory management and network and other modeling tools. We want to hear from you!
