Responsibilities:
- Prioritize a secure working environment, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage verification processes for shipments, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
- Tackle inventory discrepancies through thorough investigation and analysis.
- Oversee returns, ensuring seamless integration back into stock and accurate documentation.
- Lead inventory audits and ensure KPIs align with customer expectations.
- Budget management aligning with operational goals and customer needs.
- Foster team collaboration, offering coaching and development opportunities.
- Direct the activities of inventory staff, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a supervisory role within a distribution or warehouse setting.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred.
- Proficient with WMS software, Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.
- Forklift operation and rack inventory management experience required.
- Proven track record in third-party logistics is a plus.
- E-commerce inventory management preferred.
