Inventory Management Analyst - 22652

The Inventory Management Analyst will oversee all Inventory Management activities for our medical technology company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the availability of goods and products, optimizing inventory levels, and managing warehouse operations. The Material Supply Analyst will work independently and apply professional expertise to ensure an efficient transportation system for raw materials, component parts, and finished goods.

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

• Develop and implement inventory control protocols to maintain and improve the company's inventory situation.
• Analyze inventory statistics to determine materials that are over or under safety stock levels, usage rate, projection selling, and make recommendations accordingly.
• Place inventory orders and track shipments, allocate inventory to the correct departments, and arrange pickups and shipments.
• Direct buyers and stockroom workers and perform regular inventory counts.
• Draft inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data and report inventory statistics to management.
• Collaborate with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue and maintain inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
• Use data analytics, Excel, and Power BI to analyze inventory statistics and other data to make recommendations for inventory control.
• Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Inventory Management or related fields.
• Demonstrate proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Possess acute commercial awareness and the ability to interpret and implement data on consumer trends and spending.
• Have attention to detail, excellent math skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar process management/coordination role
• 4-year degree(Bachelors)
