Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate buying and distributing supplies for E-commerce and Wholesale; coordinate with the HLB’s and Catering as needed to ensure stock levels can meet demand across all departments.
- Responsible for purchasing and ordering products to maintain healthy inventory levels across E-Commerce, HLB and Catering departments.
- Input and update QuickBooks Accounting program daily, ensuring accurate inventory and accounting practices.
- Evaluate suppliers in order to achieve cost-effective contracts and maintain trust relationships.
- Record, track, and reconcile inventory daily, weekly and monthly
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency and trend analysis.
- Receive and record deliveries and shipments; adjust inventory accordingly.
- Manage and fulfill large PO’s for big box Grocery Chains, ensuring product is in stock and inventory levels are maintained.
- Responsible for recording lot codes of product within each Big Box Grocery PO to ensure compliance with the lot code traceability program.
- Assist with the build out of each Big Box Grocery PO.
- Ensure FIFO of all food inventory is strictly followed and enforced by creating and maintaining storage systems across the production facility.
- Work with the Shipping and Production team to properly store and label finished products.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years experience in Inventory and Operations in a warehouse setting
Excel is a must
FULL TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This position works Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work.
