JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking highly competent and experienced individuals to work in a fast-paced warehousing environment. Candidates will need to have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify inbound and outbound inventory & shipments while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Visually inspect product quality both in and out of the warehouse
- Support shipping flow efficiently and communicate any issues or concerns
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory through cycle/directed counting
- Research customer service issues. Including but not limited to overages, shortages, and damages
- Perform data entry and verification including order entry, pick list generation, inventory reconciliation through WMS software
- Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain accurate corresponding files
- Assist warehouse with proper location reconciliation
- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and safety procedures
- All other tasks as deemed necessary
SKILLS:
- Must be very detail oriented and have good data entry skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Must possess strong math and reading skills
- May require occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse/inventory/auditing experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- WMS software experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
